Adults Age 21 And Over
This website and The Bay Cigar Lounge are intended for adults age 21 and over. Confirming your age online does not replace identification checks at the lounge.
What Online Requests Do
Submitting a tour inquiry, event response, contact message, or room request sends your information to The Bay for review. Authorized staff create memberships only after a completed tour, and the team confirms reservations, contracts, payments, and next steps directly.
Online Payments
There is no public checkout for a new membership, room, deposit, locker, cigar, alcohol, event benefit, or other lounge item. When online payment is available, it is limited to an existing member renewing an eligible membership or funding that member’s existing house account. Additional payment terms are shown before a payment is submitted.
Member Accounts
- Keep your sign-in information private and tell The Bay promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
- Do not attempt to access another person’s account or bypass security, availability, membership, or payment controls.
- The Bay may pause access when reasonably necessary to protect a customer, the lounge, or the service.
Your Information
Your personal information remains yours. The Bay does not sell it. You may request access, correction, a copy, or deletion at any time, subject only to limited records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, active transaction, or dispute purposes. Website Information And Availability
We work to keep information accurate and the service available. Event details, hours, prices, inventory, benefits, and availability can change. Confirm time-sensitive arrangements with the team. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside The Bay’s reasonable control.
Third-Party Services
Links to maps, ticketing, SmokHaus, payment providers, wallet services, or other third parties lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make The Bay responsible for a third party’s service, content, or transaction.
Fair Limits And Indiana Law
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available, and The Bay is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the website. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by Indiana law.
