The Bay Cigar Lounge is Open to the Public; however, we Take Special Care in Catering to Our Members Royally.
We’re Excited to Offer You an Exclusive Experience, Tailored to Lovers of The Leaf. Below, You’ll find the Details of our Membership Agreement, Benefits, and Guidelines.

MASTER MEMBERSHIP
$2,000
THE BAY CIGAR LOUNGE MASTER MEMBERSHIP Is A Yearly Membership with an Annual Commitment of $2,000. This Membership Tier Allows The Member Access to The Bay Cigar Lounge,
and Includes an Individual Complimentary Guest. The Complimentary Guest may Access the Lounge Without the Member Present but Must be Listed on the Membership Application. Members are Responsible for Updating Changes to their Complimentary Guest.
THE BAY CIGAR LOUNGE MASTER MEMBERSHIP Includes These Members Only Benefits:
- Unlimited Visits to The Bay Cigar Lounge (Excluding Blackout Dates TBD by Management).
- Bring Your Own Cigar Benefits (No Minimum Purchase Requirements).
- Complimentary Membership Companion (Complimentary Companion Must be Named on the Member’s Application. It is the Member’s Responsibility to Update Companion Information as it
Changes for Companion to be Admitted. All Unnamed Companions must Purchase a DAP for Entry). - Free Branded Merchandise (Limit 2 Free Items to be Included in Welcome Pack. Other Merchandise may be Purchased at the Member Discount Rate).
- Exclusive Venue Rental Packages (Members may Reserve Areas of The Bay Cigar Lounge for Special Occasions. Reserved Section Rentals – 4 Hour Max., Limit One Reservation Per Year, Per Member. Please See Management for Section Rental Details).
- Bottle Service (All Bottles Must be Purchased and Stored at The Bay Cigar Lounge Bar).
- Complimentary Member’s Guest Passes (Each Member will Receive Five Passes for Inviting Guests. Passes are Good for One Use and Do Not Provide Additional Perks. Limit 5 Complimentary Passes Per Member. Additional Passes may be Purchased for $25/Each. Passes will not be Honored During Ticketed Events or Members Only Events).

FIRST 50 GODFATHER MEMBERSHIP
$3,000
THE BAY CIGAR LOUNGE FIRST 50 GODFATHER MEMBERSHIP Is Instated with a Commitment of $3,000. This Membership Tier will Renew at $1,000 Annually; Providing a Generous Annual Savings for the Lifetime of The Membership. As a First 50 Godfather Member, Your Membership Must Remain Active
without any Lapse in Paid Commitment for You to Maintain Your Full Range of Benefits, Perks, Access, and Privileges. Unpaid Balances may Result in Membership Cancellation. First 50 Godfather Membership Renewals that remain Unpaid for more than 30 Days will be Canceled and will Require a $3000 Reinstatement.
THE BAY CIGAR LOUNGE FIRST 50 GODFATHER MEMBERSHIP Includes All Master Membership Benefits Plus These Additional Perks:
- Discounted Annual Renewal Rate (Godfather Members Have the Exclusive Benefit of Discounted Annual Renewal. Maintain Your Membership without Lapse and Renew Annually for $1000/Year).
- Exclusive Coded Entry To The Royal Room Private Lounge (Reserved for First 50 Godfather Members Only).
- Complimentary Humidor Locker (Locker is Complimentary for the First Year of Membership. After the First Year, Lockers may be Rented. Annual Humidor Locker Rental is $500/Per Locker, Per Year).
- Free Exclusive Events (Exclusive Scheduled Events, for First 50 Godfather Members and Family Only. Family Must Meet Age Requirements).
- Exclusive Recognition (Engraved Name Plate on Exclusive First 50 Godfather Members Plaque and Special Royal Blue Glassware. Additional Perks may be Provided Seasonally).
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

THE BAY CIGAR LOUNGE CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP Is a $25,000 Annual Commitment that Provides a Welcoming Professional Atmosphere for Relaxed Company Gatherings. Effortlessly Host Events for Your Organization in an Upscale Venue, with a Dedicated Space to Accommodate Your Needs. Corporate Membership at THE BAY CIGAR LOUNGE LLC, Allows Your Organization to Extend All Master Membership Benefits, Perks, Privileges, and Access to Your Team Members (Limit 20 Members Per Corporate Account).
THE BAY CIGAR LOUNGE CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP Includes Master Membership Privileges for each Team Member along with these shared Corporate Benefits:
- Opportunities to Showcase your Company Brand through Targeted Events and Marketing Initiatives within our Community at The Bay Cigar Lounge
- Two Annual Company Event Space Reservations, Including a Dedicated Space with Comfortable Seating for Your Event (Entire Facility Event Reservations may be Subject to Additional Terms and
Cost) - Complimentary Cigars for Your Event (House Selection)
- 20 Corporate Member Guest Passes Per Year for Gifting
- Event Hospitality Host (Personal Concierge).
As an Organization, You Will Receive “20” Corporate Member Guest Passes for Business Gift Giving or Inviting Additional Guests to Your Company Networking or Branded Events. There will be a Limit of Two Scheduled Networking Events Per Year. Corporations may Reserve Event Space for Networking Events on Wednesday or Thursday within Business Hours, for up to Four Hours Per Event.
A Dedicated Space with a Hospitality Host will be Provided for Your Corporate Members and Invited Guests. All Invited Guests will need to Present Corporate Member Guest Passes for Entry. If Desired, We Can Arrange Catering Services Through Our Trusted Catering Partner for Your Networking Event. See Management for More Event Planning Details.

We Have A Non-Member Daily Access Pass

A “DAP” Daily Access Pass is necessary for Non-Members Who Would Like to Experience The Bay Cigar Lounge LLC.
The “DAP” Entry fee for Non-Members is $50 Per Person, Per Visit. Each “DAP” Consists of Two Tickets. Each Ticket may be Redeemed for a Cigar or a Drink. Additional Drinks and Cigars may be Purchased if Desired. There uwill be No Refund For Lost or Unused Tickets (No Exceptions). Non-Members Must Adhere to the Same Guidelines and Etiquette as Members to Remain on the Premises.
ACCESS, TERMS, AND USE
Membership Application: Prospective Members must complete an Application form. Applications are subject to Approval by the Management team.
Payment Terms: Membership fees are due Annually No Later than the Anniversary of the Membership Start Date. Payments can be made online or in person via credit card, debit card, or bank draft.
General Benefits and Exclusive Areas: All Members will Enjoy Access to our Spacious Bay Lounge Area, The Foyer Humidor, and The Bay Bar. The Royal Room is Reserved for Exclusive Use by First 50 Godfather Members Only.
Events and Tastings: Members are invited to events, including tastings, cigar rolling demonstrations, streaming events, performances, and meet-andgreets with industry experts. Some seasonal events will be planned and scheduled for First 50 Godfather Members exclusively.
Humidor Lockers: Upon availability, Master Members will be able to reserve Humidor Lockers for a $500 annual rental fee.
First 50 Godfather Members at The Bay Cigar Lounge will have Priority Access to Reserve Personal Humidors Lockers.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with Fellow Cigar Aficionados and
industry professionals. Enjoy Access to a Vibrant Network of Influential
Individuals from Diverse Industries, Providing Valuable Business Partnerships
and New Client Leads.
GUIDELINES AND ETIQUETTE
Conduct: Patrons of The Bay Cigar Lounge are Expected to Conduct themselves in a Respectful and Courteous Manner at All Times. Rowdy Behavior Will Not Be Tolerated. No Outside Drinks will be Permitted on the Premises. Food is allowed in Designated areas when Catered, Purchased from Food Truck Partners, or Ordered and Delivered.
Dress Code: Clean, Casual Attire is Requested.
Guests: All Member’s Guests must adhere to the same Guidelines and Etiquette as Members.
Smoking Policies: The Bay Cigar Lounge is Not an “Open Smoke” Facility. Proper Cigar Smoking Etiquette is Upheld and Expected. Only Cigars are Permissible for Smoking at The Bay Cigar Lounge. Members are Allowed to Have and Enjoy Cigars from Their Private Collection of Premium Cigars. No
other Smoking is Allowed on the Premises. No Cigarettes, No Vape Pens, No Cigarillos, No Marijuana, etc.
Cell Phones: Please set Mobile Devices to Silent mode. As a Courtesy to others, Phone Conversations should be kept at a Low Volume while inside the Lounge areas.
TERMINATION AND RENEWAL
Termination: Membership can be terminated by management for any violation of the agreement or guidelines, without refund.
Renewal: All Memberships will Auto-Renew Annually. Members Needing to Discontinue Membership, will need to Cancel 30 days before their Auto-Renewal Date. Members will receive a renewal notice before their membership expires. Non-payment by the due date will result in suspension of privileges or cancellation.
WAIVER RELEASE and Indemnification Agreement
- You are over the age of 30.
- Payment is due upon signing, is nonrefundable and is non transferable.
- Annual membership fees will automatically be processed by way of automatic bank draft, on the first day of the membership anniversary date unless canceled thirty days prior to the auto-renewal date.
- Members may store cigars purchased from The Bay Cigar Lounge, LLC., and other private collection cigars in private lockers as long as they do not violate any Federal, State, or local laws. Private collection cigars not sold at The Bay Cigar Lounge LLC., may not violate any Federal, State, or local laws.
- Members assume full responsibility for the contents of your locker. The Bay Cigar Lounge, LLC., does not insure, nor is it responsible for any contents stored in the lockers.
- You may be issued a key for your locker, and it must be returned when rental expires or upon termination of membership. There will be a $50.00 charge for lost keys.
- The Bay Cigar Lounge, LLC. has the right to access any locker at any time necessary by The Bay Cigar Lounge, LLC., staff or by law enforcement.
- Management reserves the right to close or open the lounge on any occasion for any purpose or function.
- Management reserves the right to suspend or revoke a membership without refund, for non-payment, breach of contract, misconduct, or failure to adhere to any of the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by The Bay Cigar Lounge, LLC.
- The Bay Cigar Lounge, LLC reserves the right to suspend access to any locker due to non-payment. Items Left Uncollected Will Be Discarded.
- No Guns Or Other Weapons Are Permitted On The Premises.
- The Bay Cigar Lounge, LLC reserves the right to refuse service and/or lounge access to any person.
