- Account, membership, and visit information used to provide member services.
- Technical and security information, such as browser details, page activity, error reports, and a protected form of an IP address used to prevent abuse.
- Payment references when an eligible online payment feature is available. The Bay does not receive or store your full payment card number.
How We Use Information
- Respond to questions and arrange tours, events, room requests, and member service.
- Operate and protect membership, account, check-in, and communication features.
- Send service messages you request or need for an active relationship with The Bay.
- Diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability and ease of use of the website.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
The Bay does not sell personal information. We do not rent customer lists, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is shared only with service providers that help us run the website and serve you, or when disclosure is required by law or needed to protect people, The Bay, or the service.

You may ask to view, correct, receive a copy of, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing SmokinAtTheBay@gmail.com. We will verify the request and respond as promptly as reasonably possible. We may keep limited records when required by law or when needed to complete an active transaction, protect security, prevent fraud, or resolve a dispute. If we cannot delete something immediately, we will explain why.
Security And Service Providers
The Bay uses access controls, secure connections, and trusted providers for hosting, database services, email, file storage, payments, and error monitoring. When error monitoring is enabled, interaction replay is configured to mask page text and typed values and to block images and video. No online system can promise perfect security, but we work to limit collection and protect the information entrusted to us.
Adults Only
The website and lounge are intended for adults age 21 and over. The Bay does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. Contact us if you believe information was submitted by a person under 21.
