Lounge Policies
These guidelines help every guest enjoy a comfortable, respectful visit. The team can answer questions before you arrive.
Age And Identification
- The lounge and this website are intended for adults age 21 and over.
- A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the door.
- The Bay may refuse entry when age or identity cannot be confirmed.
Public Lounge Access
Standard public lounge access is currently available with a $10 day pass or the purchase of a premium cigar. This does not apply to separately ticketed events. Prices, capacity, and access may change, so contact the team when your plans depend on a specific arrangement.
Hours And Location
- Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday through Saturday: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Tuesday: Closed.
- The Bay Cigar Lounge is located at 901 Eastern Boulevard, Clarksville, Indiana 47129.
Requests And Reservations
Submitting a tour inquiry, event response, contact message, or room request sends your information to the team for review. A public request does not create a membership. The Bay confirms availability, terms, reservations, contracts, payments, and any required deposits directly. Authorized staff complete membership onboarding in person, and a tour is optional.
Membership And Online Services
- Membership is created in person by authorized staff. A conversation or tour may be arranged, but a completed tour is not required for onboarding.
- The virtual humidor is informational. The Bay does not sell or ship cigars through this website.
- Online payment, when available, is limited to an existing member renewing a membership or funding an existing house account.
Respectful Use Of The Lounge
Guests are expected to follow staff direction, respect other guests and the property, and comply with posted event or room rules. Unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or unlawful conduct may result in refusal of service or removal from the lounge.
